The site of a building that has served the Langford community for over 60 years could become home to a new city-owned medical clinic
Langford announced June 23 it is seeking a development partner to design and build an up to six-storey mixed-use project that will include space for a medical clinic, with capacity for 10 to 14 doctors, offering up to 12,500 patient attachments.
The proposal also includes housing and commercial space on the ground floor.
