Hope is on the horizon for Langford folks living with “construction fatigue.”
The new community standards bylaw takes aim at a list of development growing pains, such as unsightly unoccupied homes, rodents, excessive noise, blasting and dust, setting new standards and expectations for Langford.
“This is something near and dear to many Langford residents,” said Coun. Keith Yacucha at the council meeting Monday (April 20), when the bylaw was given its first three readings.
